PROGRAMS in the DEPARTMENT of
ART
The Art Department offers two undergraduate degree programs, a B.S. in Art
Education for students who wish to pursue a career in teaching art, and a B.A.
in Art which provides student with options in studio areas, such as painting,
ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, graphic design, and illustration as well as
Art History. Study options also exist in New Media Arts, Mural Painting, and
other new genres. The Department of Art offers two graduate programs of study: a
Master of Science in Art Education degree and a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching
Certification program. The Department also offers a Minor in Art.
